In his spare
time Darren is also chaplain to Springmount raceway, and he enjoys the
challenge of starting a drag racing team.
Jenny holds the position of Executive Director, Company Chairperson, and Company Secretary.
She has over 25 years experience in the field with those at risk of, or already engaged with the Criminal Justice System.
Jenny has over 10years experience in her own business, and has now engaged the team of Ability-Counselling and Training Ltd to be able to broaden the achievement of reducing harm, and distress, in our rural communities to a larger scale.
Ross is a registered nurse with extensive experience in both mental health and corrections. He has held many positions in clinical and management roles.
Ross holds a bachelors degree in nursing and a masters of business administration. In his spare time he farms of pigs and sheep using ethical and regenerative practices.
Torquay Daly holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Community Work) from the University of the Sunshine Coast 2004.
By completing a major in Social and Community Studies and Minor in Counselling, Torquay has combined her passion for individual and community interventions with the aim to strengthen communities.
With 16 years experience in the community sector, Torquay has worked with people from all walks of life; children, adolescents, and adults across varying fields - disability, drug and alcohol, homelessness, mental health, the education system and sexual assault.

Torquay is currently completing her Master of Social Work at James Cook University and looks forward to applying her extensive knowledge and experience to our local community.
